OWNER TICKET REQUEST FORM

Team ownership groups should be provided two (2) court level tickets and/or two (2) premium bowl tickets to any CEBL game they wish to attend. Court level tickets are subject to availability. A minimum 72 hours notice must be provided for court level tickets prior to tip-off.

All tickets will be sent out via SMS to the recipient's phone number provided below.
