2025 INTERNAL TICKET REQUEST FORM

All ticket requests must be submitted 48 hours prior to tip-off and will be sent to the recipient's email provided below

Ticket request restrictions are as follows:

• Home Team Players and Coaches / Visiting Team Players and Coaches / Referees and Statisticians / BlackJacks Front Office Staff - Up to Four (4) Tickets
• CEBL Staff / Game Day Staff / Dance Team Members / Team Partners - Up to Two (2) Tickets
• Team Volunteers - One (1) Ticket
