THE BLACKJACKS ROADSHOW
BlackJacks Basketball. Brought to Your Gym.
The Ottawa BlackJacks RoadShow is hitting the road, bringing a high-energy basketball experience to schools across Ottawa and Eastern Ontario.
Led by BlackJacks basketball and community staff, students will take part in an interactive gym session built around basketball fundamentals, movement, teamwork, challenges and friendly competition.
From experienced players to students picking up a basketball for the first time, everyone gets a chance to get involved.

We're taking BlackJacks basketball beyond TD Place and into school gyms throughout the region.
The Road Show gives students the opportunity to learn, move and compete through a professionally organized basketball session delivered by members of the Ottawa BlackJacks basketball and community staff.
Dynamic Warm-Up
High-energy movement designed to get students active and ready.
Ball Handling
Fun skill work focused on control, coordination and confidence.
Passing + Movement
Interactive drills that encourage teamwork and communication.
Finishing
Layups, footwork and finishing around the basket.
Shooting
Simple, engaging shooting activities for every skill level.
Challenges + Games
Competition, teamwork and small-sided gameplay to finish strong.
BUILT FOR EVERY LEVEL

Students are introduced to basketball fundamentals through simple, engaging drills.

Sessions keep students active with an emphasis on movement, participation and energy.

Every school is different, so the Road Show doesn't need to follow one rigid format.
Depending on your schedule, we can work with individual classes, multiple grades or larger groups throughout the day.

Road Show visits are delivered by members of the Ottawa BlackJacks basketball and community staff.
Player appearances are not included as part of the Road Show program and should not be expected as part of a school visit.
