DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKETS

Tickets should only be downloaded to your mobile device (that you will bring with you to the game/event).

If you have logged in on a desktop, you can manage your tickets.

We recommend downloading your seat(s), for all games in advance of the season.

STEP 1

On your mobile device, use your account login credentials (email) to sign in to your account here. Sign-in is located in the top right corner.

If you have an existing Ticketmaster (TM) account associated with this email address, go ahead and enter your email address and password.

If you do not have an existing TM account associated with this email address, click “forgot password” and follow the instructions to create a new password (and login to your account).

Quick Tip: Use the forgot password option if you don’t remember your password.

STEP 2

Click on Menu in the top left corner. Click “Manage My Tickets”. All your 2022 Ottawa BlackJacks season seat memberships (and any extra tickets you have purchased) will be available to view here.

Quick Tip: You can use the search bar to find which event you are looking for.

STEP 3

Click on which event you would like to download:

iOS Device (Apple):

Click “Add to Apple Wallet”;
Click “Add” in the top right;
Your ticket is now accessible in your Apple Wallet.

Android Device:
Quick Tip: Ensure the Google Pay App is downloaded to your device;
Click “GPay – Save to Phone”;
Click “Save”;
Your ticket is now accessible in your Google Pay Wallet

TRANSFER YOUR TICKETS

If you wish to transfer tickets to other members of your group, please follow the below instructions as they will only be able to scan into the gate with a downloaded ticket.

STEP 1

On your mobile device, use your account login credentials (email) to sign in to your account here. Sign in if located in the top right corner. 

Quick Tip: Use the Forgot Password option if you don’t remember your password.

STEP 2

Click on Menu in the top left corner. Click “Manage My Tickets”. All your 2022 Ottawa BlackJacks season seat memberships (and any extra tickets you have purchased) will be available to view here.

Click on which event you would like to transfer tickets for and select “Transfer”.

Quick Tip: You use the search bar to find which event you are looking for.

Pro Tip: If you are sending the same seat for multiple games click “Transfer” in the top left corner to select the events you wish to send. You are able to send the same seats or different seat locations for multiple events.

STEP 3

Select which seat location(s) you would like to transfer and click “Next”. 

Select OR Add A Recipient – Any contacts to which you have previously sent a ticket will be saved in your account. Select which recipient or click “Add A New Recipient”. Once you have selected a recipient, click “Transfer”. 

STEP 4

A confirmation page will be displayed before selecting “Transfer”.

Pro Tip: Include a personalized message for your guest.

STEP 5

Your recipient will receive an email which they can accept the transfer from. Recipients without a Ticketmaster account will be required to create one. 

 
Quick Tip: The name of the recipient and the status of your transfer will be visible in your account. (Manage My Tickets > Select Event > Select Seat Location to review).

To reclaim your ticket before your recipient has accepted, follow the process above and click “Cancel Transfer”.

Friendly Reminders:

We highly recommend that you download your tickets in advance of arriving at TD Place to avoid any issues with cellular coverage in the vicinity of TD Place on game/event day.

With your tickets downloaded to your mobile wallet, simply present your digital ticket from your mobile wallet at the gate on game/event day
