ZARIA NICHOLSON
Head Coach
Zaria Nicholson has been named as a Head Coach for the Ottawa BlackJacks Capital Crew’s 2024 season. Nicholson was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario and relocated to Ottawa to complete her degree in Neuroscience and Mental Health at Carleton University. Zaria comes from a competitive hip hop background and is dedicated to creating a safe, fun learning environment for dancers. She is also a Head Coach for Ravens Rhythm at Carleton University, holding ICU cheer coach certification. She has a passion for creativity, and she explores this through various creative avenues including poetry, art, dance, and music.
